This notice explains how KubeMQ LTD handles personal information through this marketing website and the signup-free KubeMQ evaluation. Processing under a separate customer agreement is outside the scope of this notice.

Information collected on this website
When you contact us, we collect your work email, role, messaging platform and area of interest to respond to your inquiry. Required fields are marked by the form; you may instead contact us by email. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection and request information to deliver and protect the website. The contact service uses a rotating hash derived from your IP address to limit abusive submissions. It does not store the raw IP address in the lead database. Expired rate-limit records are removed when the service handles subsequent submissions.
Signup-free evaluation
The signup-free evaluation automatically reports installation identity, machine name, software version, and message and volume counters to license.kubemq.io for licensing and usage reporting. It does not report message contents. This reporting is required during the evaluation and has no opt-out. The licensing service uses a keyed hash of your public address to limit abuse; that hash is deleted after 90 days. The installation identity is retained to enforce one evaluation per installation. Why we use your information
We use inquiry details to answer questions and discuss requested products or services, relying on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Where applicable, processing may also be necessary to take steps you request before entering into a contract. We use request information for our legitimate interest in keeping the website and contact service secure.
Optional third-party videos load only after your explicit choice. We do not use the contact form to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Service providers and international processing
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and the contact database, and Postmark for contact notification and confirmation emails. Your inquiry is available to the KubeMQ team handling it. If you choose to load a video, Vimeo receives connection information directly from your browser.
Providers may process information outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Contact [email protected] for information about processing locations and the safeguards applicable to your information.
How long information is kept
Inquiry information is kept for as long as necessary to respond, manage the resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. Relevant criteria include whether the inquiry is active, whether a customer relationship follows, and applicable record-keeping or legal requirements. You can request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.
Your GDPR rights
Where the GDPR applies, and subject to its conditions and exceptions, you may request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Email [email protected] to exercise your rights. We may need information to verify your identity. GDPR requests are generally due a response within one month; the GDPR allows an extension for complex or numerous requests, with notice within the first month.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including in the EU country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. See the European data protection authorities.
Cookies and external content
This website does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Fonts are served from this website. Hosting and security services may process technical information and use essential cookies where required to provide their functions.
Embedded Vimeo videos are blocked by default. Selecting “Allow Vimeo & load video” connects to Vimeo, which may process your IP address and use cookies under its own privacy policy. You can also allow or reject external video cookies in the cookie banner or Privacy settings. We store this preference in your browser for 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. Loading an individual video does not change your saved preference.
Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to change your choice and disable external videos. This does not undo information already shared or delete cookies already placed by Vimeo. You can manage those cookies in your browser settings. Links to other websites are subject to those websites' privacy practices.
Security
The website uses HTTPS, server-side form validation and submission rate limits. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
